You can see the letters ICT everywhere, but what does this term actually mean? Ict is an acronym that stands for Information Communications Technology. It is an umbrella term that includes any communication device e.g: radio, television, mobile phones, computers etc. It also includes the various services and application associated with them, such as videoconferencing and distance learning.

ICT is so much more than just three letters, it has taken over every aspect of our daily lives from commerce to leisure and even culture. It has made us a global society, where people can interact and communicate swiftly and efficiently. Not only can i make a phone call to a friend on the other side of the world at click or a tap; but i could even wear a watch that i can not only tell the time with but also take pictures with…!
Another definition of ICT is: the use of technology for input, process, storage and transfer ofdata and the output of information. ICT can be whatever someone wants it to be whether you’re a maths teacher, business executive or A- Level student, some form of ICT will be beneficial to improving your life somehow. Trust me.
